The magnificent Guilbaut-Thérien Organ, Op. 35, built in French Classic style to celebrate the 150th anniversary of Le Grand Séminaire de Montréal in 1990, finds full voice in the performance of D’Aquin’s famous Noëls. With inspiration from Dom Bedos and Clicquot, the organ speaks with both authority and intimacy into a grand acoustic. The OHS visited this organ as part of our 1999 Annual Convention, held in Montreal. François Zetouni, Principal Organist at Montreal’s Gesù is a Montreal native and has performed widely as a solo organist and pianist, as well as with many ensembles. D’AQUIN: Nouveau Livre De Noëls
