The Aeolian-Skinner Legacy, Volume II: Albert Russell Plays Three Great Organs features private recordings from live concerts at The Riverside Church (Elmore “Rhythmic Suite” and Dupré “Toccata” from the Second Symphony) and National Presbyterian Church (music by Bach, Near, Langlais, Roger-Ducasse, and Dupré), and a recording made at Philharmonic Hall, NYC of the Mozart Fantasy in F Minor; K. 608, recorded for the Aeolian-Skinner “King of Instruments” series, but previously unreleased. The Riverside material is MONO, with all remaining tracks in STEREO.
