All Glory in the Highest
An American Orchestral Organ for All Ages and Seasons Brooklyn’s Baptist Temple houses J. W. Steere & Son Opus 700 built in 1917. Preserved by admiring use and fortuitous lack of “improvement,” the organ is now carefully tended by OHS member Keith Bigger. West Point Cadet Chapel Organist Craig Williams has chosen to play a program of works composed over the span of three centuries and demonstrates well the adaptability of Steere’s design.
