2-cd set; Margaret Phillips plays the organ built by Heinrich Gottfried Trost from 1724 to 1730 for the Stadtkirche in Waltershausen. It was the largest organ built by Trost, with 53 stops on 3 manuals and pedal. The church itself was the model for Dresden’s Frauenkirche. The organ has been restored from 1994 to 1998. A short but informative article in the CD booklet explains the history and unusual features of the instrument and provides photos of the very elaborate keydesk. J. S. BACH: Clavierübung Part III BWV 552, BWV 669-805 Partita on Sei gegrüßet, Jesu gütig BWV 572 Pièce d’Orgue (Fantasia in G) BWV 572 2-CD Set
