In an Old Abbey

Organist Paul Walton presents a selection of rarely performed British organ works, as well as transcriptions from instrumental works of Elgar, Vaughan Williams, and William Walton. Most notably, the program includes the first recording of Jeremy Hull’s transcription of Elgar’s Severn Suite (originally arranged for organ by Ivor Atkins as the Organ Sonata No. 2 in B-flat).
