Commissioned by, and dedicated to, Edward Landin (Senn), this 2016 organ solo is a tribute to North German Baroque composer Dieterich Buxtehude (1637-1707), and includes elements of North German stylus phantasticus, with toccata-like passages, improvisatory techniques, Italian and French elements, and 16th c. polyphony.
