Philip Bowcock and Peter Mawr, The Organ in Reading Town Hall
$19.98
The organ in Reading Town Hall is a unique example of instruments built for concert halls by Father Henry Willis. It has been restored to its original state, including pitch, and is now the most authentic example of a concert organ in this country by Father Willis. This booklet has been prepared to celebrate the re-opening of the Hall and the restoration of the organ. Most of the articles were first published by the Berkshire Organists' Association in 1982, and they have been updated where appropriate for this edition.
