Rhonda Edgington plays Incredible French Romantic and 20th Century pieces on the Casavant at First United Church in Oak Park, Illinois. Rhonda was organist at First United Church from 1999 to 2004 and this recording shows just how familiar she is with this instrument. The 88 rank Casavant Organ was built in 1982 and possesses a reed quality that particularly suits the French style of playing present in 19th and 20th Century works. Rhonda has since left First United, to focus on 16th and 17th century North German organ music, studying in Germany with Harald Vogel.
